Teleperformance has been present in Algeria since 2008 and operates the largest face-to-face contact center in the region, employing more than 100 FTEs. The center handles almost 200,000 visa applications annually on behalf of three national governments, including the collection of biometric data. The face-to-face offering is supported by extensive multi-channel information and back office services, providing voice and IVR, online, SMS, fee management, data entry, file scanning and value-added services to customers throughout Algeria.
